Calnan Weech is a senior cybersecurity and information technology executive with over two decades of experience leading enterprise technology, governance, and security programs in large, complex organizations. He spent more than 20 years at Atlantis Resort & Casino, where he built and led the cybersecurity function, aligning the organization to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and significantly improving its security maturity.

He is the Managing Director of IHG Consulting Partners and also serves as a Senior Cybersecurity Consultant with SWITS Consulting Bahamas, advising organizations across the Caribbean on cybersecurity risk management, governance, and regulatory readiness. Calnan holds the CISSP and CISM certifications and is known for his ability to bridge business leadership and technical security teams to deliver practical, business-aligned cybersecurity outcomes.
